Education Program
Since 1995, The Little Theatre On The Square has been bringing theatre, dance and music education to students K-12 in Central Illinois. We teach our students a performance based theatre education centered around technique and professionalism. Our students learn from professionals in the industry and walk away from our program with professional shows they can put on their resume. We welcome all students and work to empower them to be their genuine self and give them a safe space to grow as a performer and most importantly, a human being.

Calling all students in 3rd-12th grade! Join us for an Audition Workshop led by Eion Meldrum, Katie Engler, & Heather Dore' Johnson!
This 3 hour session will focus on audition preparation, resume building, headshot information, song style choices, dance fundamentals and an understanding of how the audition process works and how your child can get the most out of their experience with the best results, both here at TLTOTS and beyond.
Please prepare 32 bars (or a 1 minute cut) of a musical theatre song with an accompanying karaoke track (Youtube works great). Bluetooth speaker will be provided. Bring a binder, pencil, notebook, water and dress comfortably for dancing and singing. Parents, please plan on accompanying your student for the first 15 minutes for information on how you can continue supporting your student's theatrical success! There are only 12 spots per session, so claim your student's now!
